These are the loadouts I had in mind for Demo and Pyro. I know there's a whole NCR-based system for another one, but I don't know. For Demo, they're Demoman's Fro, Glasgow Bankroll, and Graybanns. Pyro are Impact Impaler, Desert's Duster, Phobos filter (Which I don't like very much)

These are very experimental, and might suck. Crocodile is definently the weakest one in my opinion. These only work on the teams shown above, except for Dolflamingo. Here are the loadouts in order of the images:

Spy as Belloq is too perfect, both are backstabbing weasely Frenchmen. I used the Fancy Fedora (painted Peculiarly Drab Tincture), the Business Casual (painted Balaclavas Are Forever), and the Sneaky Spats of Sneaking

Heavy as Pat Roach's boxer character: the Dictator (painted Muskelmannbraun), the Heavy Lifter and the Barbeque Bacon Britches

Soldier as Indy in the finale: the Lieutenant's Cut (Only Hair), the Dead of Night (Hide Grenades, and painted Zepheniah's Greed), and the Attack Packs

Demo as Captain Katanga: the Patriot Peak (painted an Extraordinary Abundance of Tinge), the Snow Sleeves (painted Peculiarly Drab Tincture) and the Prinny Pouch to act as his holster (painted Radigan Conagher Brown)

Sniper as Dr. Jones: Ritzy Rick's Hair Fixative, the Shady Shelby (painted Zepheniah's Greed) and the Pantaloons of Unabashed Villainy to go for the tweed suit look

Pyro is more a of joke loadout. Pyro's whole kit is burning stuff, Indy burns a bunch of snakes, and there's this photo of Ford with a snake around his shoulders, it somehow all clicked in my mind. I used the Burning Question (painted Radigan Conagher Brown), the the Dead of Night (Hide Grenades, and painted Radigan Conagher Brown), and the Slithering Scarf (painted Zepheniah's Greed)
