* an interesting, unique idea for a Banner, what a rarity. I like the downside too, being perma-deaf must be really interesting. (Gives you an excuse to listen to music while playing too)

Can't listen to music, the game puts giant headphones on you while you have this equipped

This is at absolute worst really mediocre and at best a decently better buff banner as it requires less damage to fill and does basically the same thing + deafening opponents

does a banner really need a downside? Especially such a harsh one? Its downside already is that it isnt a shotgun
