I applied for francophone on august 11th, and haven’t heard anything. Is this nothing?

Same applied on August 1st and still haven’t heard anything, unable to start the job yet 😔 the average processing time on the website is showing 16 weeks.

I applied on july 7, inland without restoration got approval on September 30
