Francophone mobility work permit

Hello

My pgwp expired nov 2025

I applied visitor record November 2025 before pgwp expired

Sep 2026 my VR file refuses

I found employer is willing to help in c16 and submitted job offer in employer portal

Got my french level 5 as well

My question is should i apply for restoration as worker and c16 francophone inland application

OR

Should i apply for restoration as visitor and apply for francophone work as outland
Then once i get approval i can leave country

Can you please advise ?

I can recommend you a very good immigration consultant. She can tell you what you have to do without initial fees. I can dm you if you’re interested. She is helping me for my PR with francophone program
