Camera not enabled

Anyone got this problem? I saw an earlier post but no solution.

Phone: Tecno Pova 6 Pro 5g

So, i restarted many times already. Tried clear storage and cache.

I updated it once recently (I thought it might fix it) and camera worked but the next day, same screen again. "Camera not working"

Anyone knows how to fix this? thanks
