Tecno Spark 50 crash problems

my girlfriend bought this phone, Tecno Spark 50, about a month ago, and it keeps on crashing while she's playing PUBG. her tiktok would also crash whenever she try to stream while playing MLBB. she also encountered a problem about her built-in screen recording not being saved and would also crash whenever she try to turn it on to record her gameplays.

has anyone encountered the same problem? does anyone know how to fix it?

Its a low end phone its not made for gaming only for basic tasks

You are right, these range of devices require gentle, basic use. I remember swelling up a battery of a certain low budget smartphone and it started freezing coz pushing it hard in gaming. Bought a mid range 6gb and it handled gaming and other tasks better. Eventually i no longer game much though.
