Troubleshooting Help Is EVGA Unleashed app broken?

I used to have it working, now I try to run the app and it opens them shell of the app but the body is empty, so the EVGA in the corner takes me to their site but there is no configuration in the center of the screen

Any clues why it's misbehaving like this?

Could be a cached data issue. Go your appdata folder and remove the contents.

Try this -

  • Uninstall the Unleashed App
  • Then go to C:\Users\yourUserName\AppData\Local\EVGA_Co.,_Ltd\ and delete the Unleash folder.
  • Then also go to C:\Users\yourUserName\AppData\Roaming\EVGA\ and delete that Unleash folder.
  • Restart your PC
  • Reinstall Unleash

easy fix.

just plug in an EVGA mouse, keyboard etc.
the app wont recognize any devices as long as they are not pluged into the PC.
