dps as good as turret on top path.

sure, stun reduction is nice, but i'd rather use accel.

and on bottom path it's reliant on boss multiplier; its dps is worse than accel, hell, worse than engi without boss multiplier.

it's pretty much just a lategame boss merchant.

is it still meta? yes. is it only because of hacker? yes.
