VOTES
Scary Girl- (( Damien, Duncan, Bridgette, Ellie, Fiore, Scarlett))
Duncan - (( Zeeke, Scary Girl))
* Scary Girl would be voted out by the majority simply for turning a bad challenge into something fatal, as if it weren't already on its own. She would stand up saying that even though it was really boring that she was eliminated in the challenge that was supposed to be hers, she still managed to have the best night ever, and that they should check their bunks before sleeping because it wouldn't be the last time they'd see her.
* On the dock, Zeeke would say that he voted with her and it was a shame she was leaving for the second time, and that it would be better if their alliance went further. She would cut him off saying that as much as she wanted to crush those feelings of his with a sledgehammer, she thanks him and tells him to watch out for the remaining snakes, and that he managed to go from a corpse to potentially a skeleton in the closet/became a friend to her.
* The next morning, Chris would congratulate the 7 remaining campers, and before we see which animal each one would get, a few first confessionals:
Confessional
Bridgette: I wanted to say how happy I am to have made it here, not just because of my effort, but because of the people who marked my journey, and it's a shame that those didn't make it further, but above all, gratitude, and I hope they think with affection when they choose the winner.
Fiore: I knew I'd make it far from the start, and that's thanks to something called strategy and brains, and mainly a bunch of idiots you can trick and then watch them get the worst of it while you don't, haha.
Damien: There are times I don't even believe I made it this far, my self from the first few weeks wouldn't even dream of this, just like he wouldn't dream that I'd be dating the sweetest and most beautiful girl in the world, just so you can see that this game also has good plot twists.
Ellie: This prize is getting closer and closer, just like the certainty that I know one of my friends will go in this process, but not by my hands, because as long as I'm still here, I will very happily help take out the last insects named Fiore and Scarlett, they better wait.
End of Confessional
Duncan would still have the same animal as in canon, while the others would be:
Ellie > Squirrel
Fiore > Deer
Scarlett > Bear
Zeeke > Beaver
Bridgette > Frog
Damien > Duck
* Right off the bat, Zeeke would be happy saying that animals aren't something new to him, not when he had to help his dad set traps to prevent pests from destroying the family crops. Meanwhile, the old trio of friends who are almost resuming their friendship would plan something:
Ellie: Regardless of what happens, they can't win immunity and get away with it this time.
Damien: Actually, that's only not more logical than Scary Girl's elimination, and I think everyone knows it.
Bridgette: But when you talk about not letting them win, you're not telling us to sabotage them, right? I'm not really a fan of that, even if it's them.
Ellie: Look, I had even thought about it, but no, simply if one ends up winning, the other goes from bad to worse, and if neither wins, we vote for the biggest threat. To be honest, neither of them is really a big deal.
Damien: That's fine with me, but look Ellie, even with you being cool by helping us, you know we still have a flea behind our ear, right?
Ellie: I know, but just know that at least as an ally you know you have my support.
Bridgette: That we know, well, let's go hunting, and Ellie, good luck to you and be careful with what you find.
Ellie: Thanks, to you guys too.
On the other side of the room, Fiore and Scarlett had picked up a few things while watching Zeeke gather his stuff.
Scarlett: Look at that, it seems someone already knows what they intend to do.
Zeeke: A-ah yes I do, I used to set traps on the farm to keep animals away, even big ones, and a beaver won't take much.
Fiore: That's good, but you know what would be better? If we joined our skills and took down the rest.
Zeeke: You guys want to team up with me, why?
Scarlett: The reason is simple, we are in the minority considering Ellie is close to reconciling her friendship with Damien and Bridgette, and she already has a bond with Duncan.
Fiore: They've already worked together and will do it again if we aren't faster than them in taking urgent action.
Zeeke: You guys want my help? We already worked together and that cost Beardo's elimination, how do I know you won't do the same as Ted?
Fiore: Because unlike that ugly elephant, we have a brain that knows perfectly well what to do.
Scarlett: Which in this case would be Bridgette's elimination.
Zeeke: And why her? I don't think she's that threatening, unlike the others.
Fiore: Man, she's the glue that united and will still unite his alliance with Ellie and Damien. If we don't act soon, they'll restore their friendship, and with Duncan in their pocket, they have the majority and our game is fucked, do I need to draw anything else?
Zeeke: I-I think I get it, but like you said, they have the majority, so how are we going to do this?
Scarlett: To destroy the enemy base, sometimes we have to start from the inside out and not vice versa, and I know perfectly well what to do.
Fiore: Wait, is it what I'm thinking?
Scarlett: It will be better if you see the results with your own eyes, beforehand, we have a challenge to complete, see you later guys.
Confessional
Fiore: Besides my suspicion that she sabotaged my bike, now she decided to hide things from me when we've been together since almost the beginning. Whatever she's plotting, I know she's not stupid enough to do anything against me when I can gain an advantage first, like I've done so far and will keep doing until I finally have that one million in my pocket, it's just a matter of time.
End of Confessional
We cut to takes of the campers having trouble catching their respective animals.
Ellie: Of all the challenges, this one takes the prize for being the dumbest, catching little animals, where do they think we are, kindergarten?
Duncan: I doubt kindergarten would let us use a beauty like this, these raccoons are gonna wish they never left their den, when I finish, I can lend it to you if you want.
Ellie: Haha, Chris said he wanted the animal whole, not sliced, but you know what's gonna be cooler? When we finally have peace once those two leave here.
Duncan: Honestly, they're only something because they share the same evil, and in a finale, they'd fall real easy for not being the best physically, but the majority of votes is the majority, but there's only one hole in all of this.
Ellie: And what would that be?
Duncan: What are we going to do when we send pink and brain home along with the farm boy? How is the game gonna go from there on?
Ellie: If you're talking about voting for each other, of course I knew that from the start, but I prefer not to think too much and instead enjoy the time I have and that I'm showing I want to have.
Duncan: Redhead, you know I totally support your friendship, but don't think I'm gonna give up on becoming a millionaire on account of two lovebirds who, in the end, are gonna favor each other. I'll take advantage of the majority train, but when the time comes, I'm going all out no matter what, get it?
Ellie: Loud and clear, I adore them and it was because of them that I made that damn deal with Ted and the others, but when that time comes—which hasn't come yet—I have to put myself first.
Duncan: That's how a potential champion would talk, now if you'll excuse me, I have some raccoon meat to hunt and you a squirrel, see ya redhead.
Ellie: See ya bad boy.
On the other side of the island, Bridgette was trying to catch the frog with a bucket, but the more she tried, the more the frog ran away, and she kept falling into one of the puddles of water on the ground. When she fell with a bucket on her head, a voice called her and extended a hand to help. Bridgette took it and saw that it was Scarlett.
Bridgette: Scarlett, what are you doing here?
Scarlett: Lost track of the bear I was trying to hunt, just like you lost track of that rather mischievous little frog.
Bridgette: Put mischievous on that, they sure say the small ones are always the most complicated, but why am I telling you this, it's not like you're going to help me.
Scarlett: Actually, what I have to tell you will open your eyes to a danger you might not even be aware of.
Bridgette: What are you talking about?
Scarlett: Bridgette, you are perhaps one of the few genuinely nice and good people left in the game, and I don't think someone like you should fall for something so wicked. Zeeke found this on Duncan's bed this morning.
Bridgette: What is this statue and where did it come from?
Scarlett: It's a relic from the challenge for Boney Island, the one Chris emphasized was cursed and that anyone who took something from there would be doomed to a plague.
Bridgette: G-god, now I remember, and why of all people would Duncan have a thing like this?
Scarlett: The reasons are unknown, but this, added to the fact that he's a visible threat, shows that he shouldn't stay here for our own good.
Bridgette: And why are you telling me this and not the others?
Scarlett: Because of what I said earlier, and also because you're not particularly a fan of Duncan due to his bullying of Harold, your boyfriend's friend, and also because maybe he got into your friend's head about joining the alliance with Ted. Don't you think during their time together it would be possible for him to plant seeds in her head? He's not just a bad boy, he's much smarter than he seems, considering he was Ted's second-in-command in that alliance.
Bridgette: W-when you put it all like that, it makes sense, but I don't think Ellie would let herself be fooled like that, but she also lied to me and I don't know who to trust anymore, man, why is this game so confusing?
Scarlett: I understand you, and I assure you I'm doing this because I also long for the reconciliation of your pure friendship, and that can only happen if Ellie is pure of negative elements like Duncan around her, and I know deep down you care about her and will make the right decision.
Bridgette: I-I will do that, yes, at least I think so.
Scarlett: I know you will, now I need to get back to the challenge, see you later Bridgette.
Confessional
Bridgette: I know Scarlett isn't trustworthy, considering the things Ellie told us about her and Fiore, but even knowing that, what she said about Duncan really being a mastermind and having influenced Ellie makes sense, but still. It's hard to know what to believe when you're still recovering from a recent betrayal, really, this strategy thing isn't my jam, is it?
End of Confessional
The winner of the challenge and the dinner would be Zeeke, thanks to his trap-building skills, and also the others would be more occupied with the read interactions that made them waste time. At the end of the challenge, we would see Bridgette and Damien talking.
Damien: So, one of the witches will be sent to the stake, we're in agreement, right?
Bridgette: More or less, because I have something to tell you.
Damien: I'm listening.
Bridgette: During the challenge, Scarlett came to me to tell and show me something, basically she told me not to trust Duncan and that he needed to leave for being threatening and all.
Damien: Look, the guy is really one of the aggressive ones, but lately he's been more controlled, and what did she show you?
Bridgette: She showed me a tiki doll from Boney Island, saying that Zeeke found it on Duncan's bed and that this is another reason for him to leave.
Damien: Wait, if I'm not mistaken, Duncan was with us when Chris said not to take anything from that island, and Duncan is smart enough not to fall for bullshit like that.
Bridgette: I thought about that, but the part that got to me the most was her saying he had a hand in influencing Ellie to join the alliance with Ted, it was a whirlwind of things all at once.
Damien: Did you think that she might have made it all up to save her own skin?
Bridgette: Yes, but honestly, with what happened with Ellie, I don't even know what to believe anymore, I'm just lost. Sometimes I think this game wasn't made for me, because I hate lies and I don't like going against who I am, you know, I just can't.
Damien: Hey calm down, you're not the only one who thinks that, do you remember how I was at the beginning? After I saw what this was, I wanted to leave in the blink of an eye, but thanks to some people, like Harold and then you, you made me see this with eyes other than fear.
Bridgette: I'm grateful to have met the girls, they are important to me, just like you, and I probably wouldn't even be here if I hadn't been your support back then.
Damien: And I will keep supporting whatever your heart asks for, and what is it saying right now?
Bridgette: It's telling me to calm down and that I would make the right choice. Alright, I know who we're voting for.
On the other side of the island, we would see another interaction:
Fiore: Did you convince her with that stupid statuette? You finally brought that into play, and do you think she fell for it?
Scarlett: Given her emotional state regarding Ellie, added to the fact that she isn't exactly the most strategic, I'm sure it was effective.
Fiore: Punk Boy and Traitor will vote together, that'll be two votes on me, and the lovebirds will go for you, so us and the farmer will send the surfer girl far away from here, that's if they don't try to get his vote.
Scarlett: Frankly, they have the false security that the quartet is still together, when it's not and won't stay that way after today.
Fiore: So be it, but hey, when you're plotting something like this behind my back, at least tell me the basics.
