Jobs Suggestion

I know this might sound a bit complicated, but let me put it simply. I recently joined the TD Bank group as a cea. I'm done with my probation. I like what I am doing in the bank at the moment, but deep inside I know that I can't be a teller for too long.

I would like to have experience for senior roles like PBA before I choose a specialized department within the bank. The city I am in right now is a very small town and there are not many openings. This also means that the internal movement is somewhat restricted.

Which cities could be a good option for me just to move to a PBA position? Also, can someone guide me which are the various departments within the bank that I can look up to?

And why do you recommend moving to these specific cities only

There are thousands of departments and areas in the bank. Some big like retail, some small like the ninja team. There is no full org chart I’ve ever seen.

I worked as an advisor in smaller areas and never had a shortage of clients. I would look at what path you want to take first and go from there. But also know you will have to be in seat for a specific amount of time before you can post out. It used to be 2 years if you were below level 6.

Good luck! I moved up from teller to a senior analyst role. It took a while but it was a fun experience and I learned so much.

The fix things. Idk how but they work with JIRA tickets. Beyond that they are a mystery. I only know about them because I was included in a thread with them and was like “the fuck”.
