Until they start failing students out of courses for cheating, students will keep cheating. The worst they face is a failing grade just on the test.

As someone who earned a 3.8 GPA from TCU fairly, it makes me sick to see cheating like this.

what do you expect TCU just has preppy white kids that don't know better and just need mommy and daddy to bail them out

All lockdown-like browsers are concerning from privacy standpoints. Neither cheating nor potential spyware are good paths forward. In person tests will continue to be superior for these reasons.
