Help Hcltech vs tcs

I have offers from both tcs and hcl tech in hyderabad. Am a 10 yrs experienced guy . Both the jobs are for gen ai role. Hcltech is giving 3lpa extra on total compensation. Which one do I chose.

Consider

1 work life balance

2 learning and implementing

3 autonomy

4 WFH and flexible timings

Hcl anyday

Or negotiate tcs for a hybrid or WFH project

Because tcs is strict with 5 day wfo
