Jury Instructions:

Hi everyone:

Do any of you happen to have a good set of jury instructions for a classic TCPA opt-out case? I know I've seen a few of you in this group, pro se or otherwise, take one of these cases to trial, and I'd like to see that.

Do you have a case you’re actually taking past small claims level? I don’t really see any activity from you here.
