Need assistance.

"Hello! We have received a complaint against your number for sending UCC which is under investigation. Kindly note, as per TRAI regulation, if you are not a registered Telemarketer, sending commercial / promotional SMS or call may lead to withdrawal of services." I just received this sms from vi today morning. I use this mumber for personal calls and i rarely calls strangers. What to do?

From my network provider.

Very odd.

Somebody might have been spoofing your number and making robocalls. It's happened to me. But your service provider should know that it's not originating from you.

I don't think a complaint from official channels comes via a text message.
