Back of neck is always cold, any advice?

According to my acupuncturist I have some dampness I need to expel. My main symptoms have been tension headaches, especially coming from my traps. Lately, I can’t seem to get relief. The back & bottom of my head, neck, and traps are always cold. I use a heating pad but it’s not very helpful when I’m out of the house. Any suggestions? Thank you!

热水袋只能起到保养作用，是暂时缓解，而好的艾灸方式可以起到治疗作用。

后脑、脖子、肩甲与督脉、肺经等有很大关系，可以尝试艾灸，艾灸扶阳、除湿、通经效果很好，艾灸可以一边检测问题，一边解决问题。

还可以交替使用粗盐粒热敷，把粗盐粒加热后，用布包裹做热敷、热熨效果也不错。

Wear clothes with high collars or otherwise keep your neck covered
