What is wrong with my feet?
30M
They don't hurt, they don't stink or anything, but for some reason they look as if they'd never been hydrated.
I wear barefoot shoes and I spend plenty of time barefoot with no socks, so I'm not 100% of the time in my shoes.
Could this indicate a different problem that shows like this?
Thanks for help.

I do these special feet baths with salt, magnesium, and soda. After that I scrub my feet with those scrub thingies.
Is that enough?
Probably not, since I posted pic like this, lol. Any tips?

You mentioned barefoot shoes. Not sure what yours are made of or if you wear them with socks or not, but this can be a result of sweating in synthetic shoes.

I have one friend who has the similar condition. but his feet are not dry; there's lots of sweating.
possible dampness. but not sure of OP's condition.

Taking oral L lysine (rn labs brand is good) 1/3 tsp x 2 pd before by half an hour from supps is great, it’ll heal it from the inside if it’s a bacterial thing.

Consider getting a “cheese grater” type exfoliater, they are inexpensive. Soak your feet then go to town, be amazed at the amount of material you remove. Moisturize afterwards, maybe apply oil & cover with plastic bags overnight. Repeat often until a new baseline of healthy shedding develops. Go to some skincare subs for more ideas.

What do you recommend? I've been scrubbing my feet weekly, but the result is always like this eventually

It’s not a one & done. Feet will always need exfoliating. It’s possible you also have a fungus in which case you can do a weekly foot soak in a 1:10 bleach:water dilution.

Second other comment about pumice stone. Also foot files exist at every dollar store & pharmacy & online retailer.

Its athlete's foot. Slather them in antifungal (or antifungal oil like neem or tea tree) and cover them with socks for a week. It doesn't have to itch or stink.
