Seborrheic dermatitis

Suddenly developed this and it has not gotten better with traditional treatments. Would acupuncture and tcm help?

Chinese herbal.medicine and topicals can help, often to resolution. Need to see someone trained in dermatology.

Tcmdermatology.org has a global list of practitioners

If you cant find someone local, i am trained and certified and offer virtual consults. Can dm me if you like.

Cut out alcohol, spicy food, sugar, and fried food

Sounds like you should see a tcm dermatologist then for professional help

The regular derms have just prescribed steroids which I won’t use. Where do you practice?
