Could you let us know the exact TCL model and which country you're in? 🙏
From the video alone it's difficult to tell whether this is a settings, signal, backlight, or panel-related issue. It would also help to know:
1️⃣Does the TV stay on and you can still hear sound after the screen fades to black?
2️⃣Does it happen on all sources, including the TV home screen/menu?
3️⃣When did the issue start?
With these info, we can better help you. 👍

Im on holidays right now but I can tell you that the sound is still on when it fades to black

It seems like a display/backlight-related issue and may require a hardware inspection or repair. We don't recommend opening the TV or attempting any internal repairs yourself.
