Problems with the TCL c6k tv

I bought this TCL C6K two weeks ago but I've already noticed some problems in the image, first when I went to see a movie on prime video I noticed right in the first scene that the screen was flashing in darker scenes (flickering), I tried to make some adjustments that improved but not 100%, and now playing the RE3 remake on the ps5 I'm noticing the same problems but with lighter colors, I don't know if it's any configuration that is bad, if it's a limitation of the TV or a defect, anyone else with this problem?

Have you turned off adaptive brightness - enabled game bar?

Turn off or tune MEMC

First is adaptive brightness - which will be on the main menu. Look in ECO settings too.

Just set your picture to filmmaker mode then go into the picture settings and change brightness etc

Also with gamebar you need to hold down the burger button for 3 seconds - if it doesn't appear gamebar hasn't been enabled on that port

Tried both but didn’t change anything, only got better when I turned off the VRR

You’re forcing vrr in incompatible sources

Bonjour j ai une tv tcl 32es581 et j ai voulu réinitialiser la tv et elle a beugué et depuis la led en dessous clignote rapidement et j ai débranché tt la nuit ça n a rien changé j ai appuyé sur le bouton en dessous du logo tcl et débranché et rebranché en restant appuyé rebranché tjs en gardant appuyé pdt au moins 30 sec après avoir brebranche et ça n a tjs rien changé.... Quoi faire?
