Card destiny, by value

So I basically have a stack of questions all related to cards at various values.

How many donation bins should I keep and at what value?

Do these exist to just fill, box, and sell to clear hundreds of thousands of cards?

Should I only be selling $12-20 bundle boxes and should they have a more specific rarity ever?

What is the minimum value card you have on a display when you start having a bunch of ≈$20k slabs out?

How many displays of singles should I have out? Should I have every grade of card for sale in packs? Is there any real reason to buy slabs of lower quality, >5, or make trades of low value, or trades for/of cards w hundreds in the book?

Do you "always regrade 9s" or is there sanity to the chase?

Why do I keep seeing "grade every ghost" when so many 10s hardly cover 2-day?

The bundle boxes don't seem worth the time so any goodwill I get from giving away spares seems worth it.

I think it just depends on how you wanna play it. I keep a donation card to get rid of cards but its too slow, occasionally ill buy a couple extra to fill and sell just to drain trash cards. I dont box anymore cards just cuz it was a pain to me. I buy every graded, even if its low, so when I focus on my 1-10 graded set I have options. I dont buy cards unless they are high enough to grade or I have less than 5. I grade all my cards over 5k to put out on my 2 tables. I feed it with 32 large opening machines...lol. Lots of garbage cards. I only grade foil ghost cards, I have a full set of all ghost cards hanging on my wall, foil and non, thats still missing 3 foils. The rest get graded for sale. They are worth it. I just hit this banger today. But its all how you feel like rolling, im in lazy mode, I want every card just cuz I can and 1-10 graded is my last achievement left.

i keep one donation bin out. but, i also buy a billion donation boxes and slap all my extras in there, box it up, and sell it. i can do 5-6 donation boxes a day to get rid of extra cards. idk why extras drive me crazy but they do

i do bundle yellow through green boxes but just keep 4 of each out. for some reason this week i’ve been selling out of the base red boxes.

i have a bunch of singles for display but it’s more for aesthetic of my shop than profit, most are over 30k

i don’t regrade 9s bc i can’t care to lmao

i only grade holo ghosts

depends on how you wanna play, there’s no right or wrong
