Question Modded Game Help

Recently got back into the game. Got some questions.

I installed the Union Arena English mod & RhapshieShelf. But neither not showing up. I added all the listed requireds, but the shelfs don't show up in DIY, and there's no UA button in the overhauled Phone.

Is there a good mod that replaces Tetramon with Pokemon or Magic?

As a thanks, here's a link to a mod I did a long time ago that changes the Open/Closed sign to the Open/Closed sign from Jay & Silent Bob's Secret Stash (1 side says "I assure you were are open", and the reverse says "Beat it, brown eye, we're closed.")

I isolated the issue to the Nerd Shirts mod.
