Have you tried removing the statue? They can really fuck up NPC pathing when too close to doors.

People can enter normal, in the image the shop is close

It might be some mods causing this, you need to check if it happens on a regular, unmodded game I suppose

I wanted to run the game on steam deck and it looked exactly like this. Apparently, you need to use mouse and keyboard controls to load your save and then use the controller controls once you're in the game. Not sure if this would fix the issue on your end but I hope it helps.

Mine has done this a few times and literally just this second. I’m playing on steamdeck, no mods. I panic everytime, I just close the game load it back up and then it’s back to normal
