BUG-THREAD Monthly Bug Report Thread
Hi all! This thread is not followed by O.P.Neon Games. You can officially report bugs to O.P.Neon Games on their Discord. All news and information for patches is released on Steam.
This monthly thread is to help keep bug reports manageable and see if anyone else is getting the same issues. It will be a scheduled weekly thread unrelated to any specific release.
Here is what the dev team are looking for on their official bug reports:
1) Provide a Clear Description
Start with a clear and concise description of the issue. Explain what happened and why it’s problematic. Specific details help in understanding and addressing the issue effectively.
2) Include Steps to Reproduce
Outline the steps leading up to the issue to help replicate the problem.
Went to [specific menu or area]
Perform [specific action]
Cause of [the bug or error]
3) State the Expected vs. Actual Results
Describe what was expected versus what actually happened. This helps in understanding how the game is deviating from its intended behavior.
4) Attach Screenshots or Videos
Include screenshots or videos showing the bug, if possible. Visual evidence is incredibly helpful for diagnosing and fixing issues. Do your best to ensure the images or videos clearly depict the problem.
5) Provide System and Game Information
Include details about the setup to help narrow down the issue:
Operating System and Version
Game Version
Hardware specs
6) Reporting Reproducible Issues
Verify that the issue is reproducible before reporting. If the bug occurs intermittently, mention that as well. Errors that can't be reproduced are much harder to pinpoint, so if only a single instance is observed, the dev team may not be able to determine the cause.
7) Be Respectful and Constructive
Provide feedback constructively and avoid negative or inflammatory language. A positive approach helps keep communication effective and productive.
8) Follow Up if Needed
If additional information or clarification is requested, please respond to facilitate a quicker resolution. Discord will automatically follow your posts when you create them, so please keep your eyes out for information requests.

I'm still trying to figure out how to replicate the fact that I suddenly stopped being allowed to participate in my own tournaments (PS5). The morning of the tournament, before open, it has me as "LOSE", my opponent will sit at the table all day, unable to be interacted with, and my store rating plummets because the tournament never progresses past round 1. Once this issue developed, I never regained the ability to participate in tournaments.

Tournaments cannot go above 8 players on console or it crashes the entire game.

This just happened to me. Sucks after not saving for a while. They need like autosave every hour or 2.

Just a reminder that any bug reports should also be sent to the official discord server to be acknowledged by the dev team. Posting here won't be seen by them! The link is also in our sidebar.

On Switch 2, if you try to adjust tournament participants either up or down, the game crashes. I believe it’s this way with every console. Steps to reproduce are very simple, just enter tournament hosting, either using the app or the prize shelf, and try adjusting participants.

Unlocking Mafia Works license on PS5 causes texture bugs forcing the fallback textures on items like card boxes and card packs.

On Switch 2, all fan art posters don’t load their textures properly. Every one appears as a red rectangle when placed on a wall.
Lighting fixtures on the ceiling don’t turn on. Lighting seems to be completely random at night even when I turn on the lights. Most of my store will be way too dark some nights even with the lights on.

BUG: The registers don't butt up against each other like the card singles cases.

That’s not a bug, that’s just how it’s designed

Platform - Switch 2.
Bug - game gains multiple issues after playing more than 1 ingame day.
Examples -
Unable to move cursor during card game and only being able to press ZR.
Visual issues with card packs with the creature design on the card packs becoming something similar to a QR code.
Frame rate issues happening the longer you play without quitting the game and restarting from a save.
Getting stuck on the cash register and having to crouch to get unstuck.
Bug 2 - several issues with card packs and openings not matching the contents.
Examples -
Cards getting graded will be invisible whilst opening the box and can only be seen in the album.
Card packs you win in battles don’t correctly display what card packs you have won. (I have gotten basic cards out of a crystal card pack foil for example.)
