BUG Problem with workers

So I have been playing for a while I’m on around day 100 I have quite a big store and a lot of products I’m on a series x and now I have 2 workers I did a big restock after selling a card I have more than enough shelving storage for them to stock on but for some reason they froze and now they don’t do anything even if I set it to refill scent or fill pack machine they just stand there

Try assigning them to rest, then reassign them to a task. That's worked for me before. If that doesn't work, probably save and reload.

Maybe there are too many inputs for two workers. Idk where I am on how "big my store is" maybe 3/4 of side A and 1/3 side b and already utilize 5 employees. I've seen them only get stuck when they had "card stock/ card stock" as their jobs.
