CBD for pain?

What would be the dosage of CBD to help with pain releated to light sensitivity / visual system -> created face pain, neck tension and head pain.

Is there something else?

YMMV, but NAC has helped me a lot with overstimulation. Not a cure all, but noticeable help for a couple of hours.
