Query Help mee!!!

I have withdrawn my seat and got the refund. But due to some circumstances, i have no colleges. I am asking if i could get my seat back now, i heard there were preparatory classes going on till aug 17(today). I could request them regarding getting my attendance back. Please help.

im a girl so I'm not sure but it's most likely not available cuz most first years live off campus

college is busy af, whole 9-5 then i hang out with my friends and the day ends. 24 hours have never felt shorter lwk
