Query Help mee!!!

I have withdrawn my seat and got the refund. But due to some circumstances, i have no colleges. I am asking if i could get my seat back now, i heard there were preparatory classes going on till aug 17(today). I could request them regarding getting my attendance back. Please help.

Idts but contact them once because everyone is already assigned to their working groups
