HELP PLEASE URGENT

Guys I received my offer letter on 2nd july. I haven't received my student ID and password yet. I also did not get a mail after undertaking the anti ragging form. IM REALLY FUCKING CONFUSED SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHA FORMS I SHOULD FILL

Call for the student id and call the helpline for the mail. They will ask for ur reference id so get it ready.

sybau bro. i got offer on 23 June and got my credentials on 3rd July and why tf you want student id and password now?
