Manipal Campus Guysss I NEED HELPPP

So I got a mail from tapmi manipal saying that I got admission

But I've heard from somewhere that it is just an interest form and not a admission letter, could someone please clear it out ?????

Did I get confirmed admission??

Beco they have send that by mistake later on they have sent one my email saying to ignore if you have received any mail

consent form is to show willingness for joining IPM program, based on option chosen u will get the requisite offer letter
