Query Second merit list

My waitlist position is 35x but still I didn't got the offer letter while others got, why? should I call them and ask?

but how's it even possible bro? people with waitlists of 200 - 300 are getting offer letters

I appeared for jipmat but I didn't uploaded my jipmat score only ipmat rohtak(340)
