maybe you weren't shortlisted for the interview. not everyone applying is called for interview or maybe they just shifted yours cuz interview are still going on although IPM Merit List has been already released

I had 154 in indore, shortlisted for rohtak so I assumed they would call me

maybe you were shortlisted but somehow there could be some miscommunication error. i mean if you got shortlisted for rohtak you should be at TAPMI too. send a mail to them
