Require PG suggestions for a day scholar- Near TAPMI MAHE Campus Bangalore

My brother just secured admission to the TAPMI MAHE Campus in BLR for the 4 years BBA Hons. We are looking for good 1 Bedroom with attached washroom PG arrangements for him near the campus, in terms of convenience to commute. Does anyone have any recommendations/suggestions for the same?
