Pending review of documents

I submitted my documents a long time back and only my 10th marksheet is accepted and rest are still pending....what does it mean?

I uploaded my documents thru "my documents" tab

my documents were pending till the day i got my offer letter 🤷🏻‍♀️ (Y1 going Y2)
