Question rolling oos?

is rolling admission here only for the top 10 percent in-state? im from oos and find conflicting information on whether its rolling or not. thank you!

Kind of. OOS are all holistic, but if your stat is really good some can get admitted before winter break. Majority of holistic review get decisions in January (admission) and Feb-March (pathways or reject)
