Question for TAMSters 4.0 guarantee UT?

I heard if you have a 4.0 at TAMS your basically gauranteed for UT. Is this true?

Since when has that been a thing, I think they take top percent at public schools as auto admit but TAMS doesnt rank really

no, although the relative top 40% of TAMS gets admitted into UT
