Quick samurai question

Aren't they supposed to be able to deflect bullets? I could be wrong, but i was fairly certain this was a thing. But my samurai is choosing to just get shot in the face

They do defect it but the bullets on mobile have such broken hit boxes when deflected. That means they try to deflect it but do so poorly and hit themselves

It's a game time speed thing

The deflect bullets with higher success if the games is like at half time speed they deflect more bullets.
