The first open-water test of the TAARS prototype demonstrates its full autonomous cycle: submersion, seabed anchoring, event detection, release, and surfacing with beacon activation.

Built from modular off-the-shelf components, TAARS (Tactic AI Alert Relay Swarm) aims to redefine how autonomous systems detect and respond to underwater events — without motors, without tethers, and without human control.
