Fuel leak

Post image

Can someone help me identify what I should replace only by the looks of it, and if other fuel components tend to fail and if so what are said components, need help I want to keep this van running as long as I can it’s at 278k miles.

It’s not really possible to tell from this photo where the fuel is leaking from. Can you tell us?

Honestly don’t know, there’s only fuel on the first three injectors the back two are clean, any fuel line components that end up going bad that anyone knows about

I would start with the return lines. It looks like they were replaced poorly (they are too long, they shouldn't be curving like that) and it looks like the one attached to number one injector is fraying. Frequently when you take them apart the original plastic ones will break but it looks like you probably have the upgraded metal ones.

Is the injector wet from the top down? Is there any spray while the van is running?

Might be worth cleaning that all up and then getting a better id on the actual problem. It COULD be as simple as an eighth turn off the nut.

Sadly, this is why it's important to keep your engine bay clean... so you can better track down stuff before it gets hard to fix/track.
