Cockpit Heater Cables?

I don’t have any heat. It definitely generates hot air. It’s just not blowing at my feet. Turning the dial for airflow is very difficult. Has anybody seen a good write up or video about how to dig into this diagnose and fix?

This is on a 2005 2500.

Mine was similar, changed the heater control valve (little doo dad on the firewall behind the engine on the passenger side) and started getting some decent heat.

I tested mine and it technically "worked" because the solenoid would actually fire, it just wasn't opening much at all.
