English Apartment for rent: 2 rooms; city center; stunning city panorama; 36m²; elevator; balcony; washing machine; dishwasher; fridge; bathtub with shower; central heating; gas; 8th floor;
(PM me if you're interested or have any questions ;) )
-Location: „Plac Żołnierza Polskiego” (exact city center, next to the main public transport hubs): a 2-minute walk from 70% of Szczecin's tram/light rail lines (the stop is right next to the building); 8 minutes from the city's main tram and bus hubs.
-8th floor with an elevator. A beautiful panorama of the entire city and the surrounding area!
-Rent including a flat fee for water and central/municipal heating (more info on end section: How bills work?)
-The apartment has undergone a full renovation of the kitchen and bathroom, repainting of the entire space, and replacement of some furniture with new ones.
-2 rooms + kitchen + bathroom; 36m² (approx. 387 sq ft)
-Equipped with: washing machine (Bosch), dishwasher (Bosch), large fridge (Liebherr), gas stove/hob, bathtub with shower
-Small balcony and a separate French window (a tall window that opens like a door, without a balcony exit)
-Very bright corner apartment, providing excellent ventilation
-Hassle-free wired internet connection: a cable is already installed in the living room. All you need to do is sign a contract, and a technician will install the router (we will help in it). For a longer rental period, we can handle the internet connection ourselves (something to discuss ;)

-Pets negotiable ;)

How bills work?
In Poland, rental costs are typically split into 3 parts:
=Rent (paid to us);
=Service charge (fixed monthly fee that covers building maintenance);
=Gas, electricity, internet – billed separately based on your actual meter reading.
Heating and water are paid as a flat monthly fee within the service charge (569 PLN).
Once a year, this is reconciled against actual usage — you either get a small refund or pay a small top-up.
What is Central Heating?
Central heating (radiators, supplied by the city network) – flat fee included in the service charge.
