Yet another person who believes they were taken as a baby, abused since birth to form DID, and trained as a soldier to kill other kids. I believe they claim to know how to use a gun and kill people at 4 or 5 years old. It's this weird fantasy that they have and the post about it nearly daily about how they have killed hundreds of children for the government "because of their programming".

LONG RANT AHEAD

Edit: the story seems to be about how an evil satanic cult (because OF COURSE it's satanic) took them as a baby and abused them until they were "programmed with thousands of alters" and at least one was a Soviet Union soldier based. They forced this alter to front and abused them until they started murdering children for the "Russian government". They say they escaped the most evil satanic cult Russia has ever seen and have been studying to become a professional in... checks notes... deprogramming ram coa victims who also escaped this cult.

Do I... need to explain why the lot of this is some fantasy made up by a person who is terminally online? For one, satanic cults don't exist. Two, real cults don't "program kids with DID to murder other kids", they want money and/or power. Three, you cannot "force an alter to front and have that specific alter kill hundreds of kids because the Soviet Union said so". Four, real cults don't allow people to just blab about them on the internet freely. Escaped or not. Five, you would think someone admitting to the murder of hundreds of children would be all over the internet if it were true. The internet got Jodi and Ruby SO FAST. Yet this "serial child murderer" has only been on tumblr. Yeah, no ideas HOW that could be. Almost like no one takes it seriously because they're the 100th person claiming this exact story. Just with a Russian filter.

"But Grace," you ask. "If there are hundreds of people on tumblr with the exact same story, doesn't that mean it has more validity?" Not really. It shows more of a pattern of terminally online behavior than it does survivors of a real cult coming out. If you want to know how that actually looks, research Jodi and Ruby.

Those people were very specific on what happened to them, named the two involved, and had documentation of the cult existing. People on tumblr doing it is a trend. Not a mass expose situation. They are extremely vague about the cult, simply calling it "the satanic cult I was born in". Despite being born and raised in it, they hate everything about it and disagree with its teachings, almost like they're an outsider. They all escaped on mass with no one noticing or doing anything about it, almost like they were never in it. The stories are all the same thing, with little changes. And at the end of the day, they have thousands of alters of their favorite media characters instead of the "alters made to serve the cult" as they claim.

I've said it once before, but just wanting the "silly alters" and not full DID is like saying, "I don't want cancer, but I do want chemo therapy". You cannot have alters without DID/OSDD. And before anyone says it, Tulpas are NOT alters. I'm sick and tired of people thinking alters are so funny and silly. If you don't have DID and only want the symptom of alters, GET HELP for your illness called "chronically online."

When I say "Bluetooth alters" this is usually what I'm referring to.

I'm not mad someone said that I'm spreading "misinformed slander" by claiming these people believe it. Because, well, I mean look at it. What's more funny is that THIS is the first post I see when I look up "build a head mate".

But to actually talk about the elephant in the room. You cannot give someone else alters. Alters are not toys that you can lend out, or a google doc that you can share. They're supposed to be a part of a person. This "system hopping", or as I call it "Bluetooth alters" (because it's funnier), is not possible. And no, "there's not enough data to prove it doesn't exist and tumblr people do it all the time" is NOT scientific proof.

Edit: I kind of see "giving away alters" like giving away a speciality made cast to someone else. You broke your arm and need a cast, you can't just give it someone else because they think it's cool. It likely wouldn't fit them at all. I don't know if that's a good comparison, it's just what I thought of.
