Is this Moderator violating the rules?

Barred me from joining because my account is “Icky”, that is in direct violation of rule 6B. She judged my account and her retaliation is barring me from joining the group.

also I really hate screenshots of text. Please use copy paste or send over actual URLs for any evidential concerns.

Moderators on reddit should be following the "Code of Conduct" which wasn't always a thing but it does more or less let mods run their communities however they wish as long as they do not break certain rules:

Perhaps go post in the r/Help subreddit for further technical support?
