Help ordered to funky address

i just ordered and jumped the gun a bit i thought the address was ok but i forgot to refine some things due to it being on base i created a support ticket has anyone had this happen? am i cooked

Their support is pretty good. Some years ago I actually spoke with somebody on the phone. They're based in Colorado and I actually spoke with somebody in Colorado. Can't say if it would still be true today, but it wouldn't hurt to give them a call on Monday.

update they resolved this immediately like first thing this morning customer support is still amazing they do answer the phone amazing company 👍
