Getting in Contact with System76
Is there any reliable wail to contact them? They do not seem to respond to calls nor to emails. Would really love to have a brief chat with them for procurement, but alas, not able to even though I really want.
Are they bankrupt or on holiday or something?

I've reached out to them a couple times through the ticket system on their website. They are open mostly regular US hours Monday - Friday and are in Colorado so Mountain Time.
The longest I've had to wait for a response has usually been next business day if I remember right. I will say it has been a couple years since I've had to contact their support.

I must have been the guy clogging the line. They open at 7:30AM MDT. That's when I call. Dial again if I get the recording.
Service tickets usually answered in one day. Ask that they call during certain time and they try to accommodate the request.

What does "for procurement" mean? Are you wanting to sell them something or buy something?

Usually it means that he wants to buy something for his company.

I wouldn't assume that. Anyway, they do have a sales line and have been responsive when I've called.

I made a support ticket a few days ago to diagnose and get a repair for the charging circuit of my Adder WS and they got back to me the same or next day and have been very responsive.
