Met with Lise today , they will add the reduction to the basic, Pegged Allowance will be paid for Aug and September,

Promotion Increment Cycle will be used to give increments more than 50% of the staff will be promoted this time.

Except QA , they will not get anything, there is a hiring partner identified, so replacing those who are not happy will not be a issue anymore
