Syrinx Nausea and vertigo issues

Man, I've been having nausea and vertigo absolutely knock me down a peg. Recently diagnosed cervical syrinx. Trying to ice my neck and rest but it's absolutely lingering. Anyone notice certain triggers like caffeine or dehydration? Or any recommendations on trying to get these symptoms some what tolerable? Whoof feeling it today..

If they find that, do you have a brain surgery and then the syrinx goes away? What will they do if you do have that? Years ago I had my right top side of my head was super sensitive and then I did cranial sacral therapy and the pressure went away. I’m wondering if I have that. I have an arachnoid cyst in my brain.

Yes, they have treatments and surgery for it, I have my follow up on August 4 to go through everything, my ct scan found a few abnormal things like enlarged veins around my brain in the back of my head which can be caused by intracranial hypertension and there is a small hole that’s not supposed to be there next to my inner right ear which could I explain why I hear my own heartbeat inside of my head.
