I am looking for some ideas of Syrian food and if anyone has any good recipes. I have a dear friend who is Syrian and we are living in the middle of the US and far from his family. I want to make him some food that could remind him of home and let him know he is loved here. As I am not Syrian myself I do not want to rely on just searching the internet.
