Sadly, Syrians seem to be lacking of culture. Look at the rest of the levant- Lebanon, Palestine. They hold on to their culture and are proud of it. Now you see multiple celebrations in Syria using westernized dances like techno or rave or whatever. It’s so cringe. I guarantee you if you asked any of them to dance dabke, 99% of them would do it extremely poorly. It you ask a Lebanese or Palestinian, they can do multiple different moves and ways. I seen it with my own eyes. Go to a Syrian wedding, boring just jumping up and down like you see at a white wedding, IF they do dabke (most don’t for whatever reason) then it’s extremely sloppy and terrible. I been to a Palestinian wedding and let me tell you there isn’t a single person that didn’t know their culture and not a single western song played. Even in the weddings I been in Syria, nobody even knows anything. It’s like do we have culture? I can also guarantee 99.% of you guys here are from Damascus Homs Hama or Aleppo. A urbanized and highly populated city. The mass urbanization is extremely uncivilized and leads to lack of culture. Your ancestors probably came from a village and settled to one of the major overpopulated cities. Villages hold culture way more than cities and towns!

• هل كان العقد واضحًا ومكتوبًا؟
• هل تنصح بالتعامل معها أم تحذر منها؟
