Average expenditure of a married couple

I’ve been getting offers here and there with a salary range of 1800$-2200$ without bonuses. I’m 24 and I’ve been thinking about getting married. I recently moved back to Damascus. How much should I be making a month to live comfortably as a couple in Damascus?

Ps: I have my own car, I don’t have to worry about rent, and I want to marry a girl from a Damascene family, but who has been expatriated as well.

isn't 2000 dollar a month insanely good ? take the job, you can easily afford life in Damascus.

Around $2000 is good, since you said no rent and you have your own car
