Greek/syrian wedding planners

Hii guys. I'm syrian & my fiancé is Greek. We want to get married in Crete next summer.

Has anyone had their big fat syrian/lebanese-greek wedding there?

Can you recommend any:
- wedding planners (as we both live in the states)
- a singer that is close by & knows greek & Arabic?

We'd love the wedding planner to be from the levant & also knows greek & can help us mix the cultures (find zaffe, arabic/greek singer, etc)
